The Neurodiversity Foundation (IAMND) develops scalable, cross-sector models that improve access, coordination, and long-term outcomes for neurodivergent individuals, their families, and chosen families across healthcare, education, and workforce systems.

IAMND focuses on building infrastructure that connects systems, rather than delivering isolated services, enabling sustainable, replicable solutions across communities and states. Every program is designed from inception for evaluation, accountability, and scalable implementation.

Our Foundation

Founded to Build What Was Missing

Founded in 2016, IAMND was established to address persistent, structural gaps in how systems serve neurodivergent individuals. While awareness of neurodiversity has grown, coordination across healthcare, education, and workforce systems has remained fragmented, leaving individuals and families without integrated pathways to support.

IAMND was created to move beyond awareness, toward building structured, scalable solutions that close those gaps and improve outcomes across systems, communities, and states.
